Description
Why use Fabric Planters for Cannabis?
Fabric planters are the best value for your money planter for growing cannabis.
The reason why fabric planters are so popular is that they allow your roots to breathe. It’s important for oxygen to get to your root system, this makes them very happy.
Another benefit of fabric planters is their ability to drain water. You will have to put your plant on some sort of drip rack (like a milk crate), to allow water to drip through. The fabric pots will let water drain more freely than plastic containers. They will also dry out faster, so more watering might be needed.
Fabric planter also allows for “air pruning”. When roots reach the sides of the planters they dry out. In other planters, the roots will run around the outside continuously and choke out other roots and cause all sorts of problems.
Fabric planters are made from natural fibers which means they have a smaller carbon footprint than plastic planters. They are tough and will last for several grows.

Recommendations for Fabric Planters
5 gallon bags are perfect for a medium to large cannabis plant in a typical grow tent. The bigger the bag usually means the bigger your plant can grow. So you might want to think about the number of plants you will grow versus the size of your grow area.
The bigger the planter also means the less often you will need to water your plants.

I had to put my.plants in a slightly bigger pot. Would be best with smaller plants in a grow tent.
