Not happy with your nutrients? We refund orders in full within 60 days of the order date.
Shipping
We ship across Canada and the United States. Orders placed before 1 pm ET on a business day usually leave the same day. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; shipping estimates are shown at checkout.

Refunds
We stand by our nutrients, but sometimes they might not suit your particular situation. If you and your plants aren’t happy, contact us — we can refund your order in full within 60 days of the order date. Any unused product must be returned before the refund is approved. Complete grow tent kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
To return unused product, contact us first, then send it to the address on the original shipping label. There is no restocking fee; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund once approved.
Late or missing refunds

- Contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is posted.

Shipping delays
Delays can be caused by things outside our control, and in those cases we can’t refund the cost of shipping. In extreme cases we can refund shipping costs if an order doesn’t arrive in a reasonable time.
